Took a drive by Michigan’s Adventure today and noticed many interesting things. First and foremost, it does not look like the trains are on-site yet for Thunderhawk, but I am sure they will arrive soon. Part of the track is still indeed yellow, as shown in the pictures below, and last but certainly not least, rides are starting to appear on the tracks! It’s a sign that opening day is soon to come!
From the picture below, looks like some work is being done to the trains for Wildcat.

Building work is still in progress for Thunderhawk’s station.

Here is the shot that shows some of the track is still yellow for Thunderhawk.

Zach Zoomer Trains are on the track and ready for testing.

Big Dipper Trains are on the track and ready for testing.

Giant Gondola’s are uncovered and ready to go on the Gondola Wheel

The chains are on for the Flying Trapeze

My Favorite Lift Hill

A little bit of work being done to Shivering Timbers?

In case no one has ever seen it, here is one of the cameras that takes your shot as you come down the last hill on Shivering before the Helix.

One last picture from today, a shot of Zach Zoomer’s Lift Hill.

Let me know what you think, only 41 days until the first weekend MIA is open. I am also planning a trip to Cedar Point on the 10th of May.
Nice, glad to see the rides already getting ready.
Great update, I wonder when they’ll begin testing.
The official site has an update that shows the trains on the transfer track and the stations very nice rock trim themeing. It also looks like a midway will go around thunderhawk and connect to the other midway near the train station. This would open up area for a path behind Wolverine Wildcat, which is a definate possibility now.
Please try an give us an upate ASAP!
