I noticed the rumor has been pulled from Wikipedia, so I decided to pull it as well, until some firm evidence gets presented.
Some posts across the Internet have showed general improvements only for 2009. On a side note, the main site has been updated, but no news link is showing yet.
You can be sure, once I hear about something new, I will post it here for soon.

Hey Mark great site! I heard a rumor a couple months ago that the park would be getting some new entertainment this year. Today CF made their capital expenditure statement and mention new entertainment such as All Wheels Extreme that was at CP? Heard anything about this, it wouldn’t be too difficult to build an area for a show.
What happened to this blog? Used to be a pretty good source. Is there nothing to report? Or do you not have time?
Hi everyone, The reason there hasn’t been any updates is nothing is happening at the park right now. We are sitting with about 23 inches of snow right now, and it doesn’t appear that anything is happening at the park.
I drive by there on the way home from work at least 3 days a week, if there was something to report on, you can be sure I would do it.
Please have patience, and I am hoping for something new for the 2009 season as well.

I’ve heard from several sources that there will be no new rides at Michigan’s Adventure this year. No word on any smaller improvements, but at least nothing new as far as rides go for the 2009 season.
Is there any non Michigan’s Adventure construction going on around that area? ex. Duck Creek Rv Resort?
Drove by the other day and noticed that the Carousel is either getting more than the usual offseason rehab or getting replaced. Even the steel skeleton that normally stays put is completely gone. If I remember correctly, it was just refurbished in 2002, seems a little soon to be doing it again.
Maybe its being replaced by the former Geauga Lake Carousel. When ever i was at miadv, their carousel was always down for maintenance. So perhaps they’re trading up?
any news about the 2010 season, now that the 2009 season is over?
